$100,000 Settlement – Man Injured When Uninsured Driver Runs Stop Sign

In 2014, our client sustained several injuries when he was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Our client was traveling through an intersection when the defendant driver ran a stop sign and collided with him. The defendant attempted to flee on foot, and it was later discovered that the defendant was an uninsured driver. Our client was transported to the hospital by ambulance to treat his injuries. At the hospital, our client was found to have sustained injuries to his back and neck. Luckily, the injuries were not found to be life threatening and our client was able to be discharged from the hospital the same day. After, the accident our client experienced severe continued pain that required him to attend a significant amount of follow up appointments, and eventually he was required to undergo a surgical procedure to treat his injuries.

We were contacted by our client shortly after the accident to assist him in his recovery. Luckily, our client was covered under an uninsured motorist policy and we were able to recovery a satisfactory policy limits settlement for our client under that policy.
