Emily Warnimont

Emily Warnimont represents clients in motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, and general civil litigation at Charles E. Boyk Law Offices. Before becoming an attorney, Emily spent several years working as a law clerk with the firm while attending law school, gaining hands-on experience helping prepare personal injury cases alongside the firm’s experienced attorneys.

Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Toledo before receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2025. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar the same year and joined Charles E. Boyk Law Offices as a full-time attorney.

A lifelong reader and writer, Emily knew she wanted a career that combined analytical thinking with advocacy. While studying law, she discovered her passion for personal injury law after working directly with clients whose lives had been changed by serious accidents. Seeing firsthand how skilled legal representation could help families through difficult times confirmed she had found the right career.

Emily’s approach is rooted in careful preparation, attention to detail, and collaboration. Mentored by every attorney in the firm during her time as a law clerk, she developed the ability to analyze each case from multiple perspectives and build strategies that maximize her clients’ opportunity for success. When evaluating a case, she focuses on liability, crash severity, injuries, and the evidence needed to tell her client’s story effectively.

While attending law school, Emily served as Co-President of the Public Interest Law Association, was selected as an Associate Member of the University of Toledo Law Review, and worked full-time at Charles E. Boyk Law Offices. Those experiences provided a strong foundation for the work she does today on behalf of injured clients.

Outside the office, Emily enjoys reading, baking, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Toledo area she proudly calls home.
