Boyk Law Hosts Winter Clothing Drive For Larchmont School Families

Finances are tight for many Toledo
families, and with colder temperatures
on the way, Charles Boyk Law wants to
help keep the students at Larchmont
Elementary School safe and warm as
they head to school. Kids are always
losing gloves, hats, scarves, and other
winter wear. However, some families
are struggling to provide basic winter
clothing, let alone replace them..
Charles Boyk Law Offices wants to help. We are collecting new and gently used
coats, hats, gloves, and scarves at our Holland Office to help the families of
Larchmont Elementary.
School leadership has converted a gym locker room into a “Comfort Closet” that
contains donated new and used clothing for Larchmont students and families.
Recently, the school made an urgent request for more winter clothing on their
Facebook page.
“We really need warm coats, hats,
blankets, and gloves, for our students
and families,” says Larchmont
Principal Kari Sharp.

Larchmont School Psychologist, Sarah Darrow
“During the wintertime, a lot of our
students don’t have coats, hats, gloves,
and those are some of the number one
things that are requested says School
Psychologist, Sarah Darrow. “We often
see students coming to school in the
winter without the bare essentials.”
If you can donate new or gently used winter clothing, contact Larchmont
Elementary School at 419-671-3650, or drop it off at Charles Boyk Law’s
Holland Office, at 1500 Timberwolf Drive.
