Woman Loses Control Of Her Car And Dies

The Charles E. Boyk Law Offices sends their condolences to the families of Chenille Mallet who died and the two passengers that were injured in a crash on Interstate 75 near Interstate 475

Mallet was pronounced dead at the scene. Her two passengers, whose names will not be released, were taken to a Toledo hospital for treatment and are expected to recover.

Mallet was driving northbound when she lost control of her car. She was able to get back on the roadway but then hit a guardrail, flipped over and came to a stop on its top in the southbound lanes.

Keep this family in your thoughts during this trying time.

As a family of an individual who is killed in a car accident, we understand that these are hard times for you, and we also understand that you need help.

Unfortunately, insurance companies don’t always prove to be as good as their word. In many cases, insurance companies will conduct investigations into car accident claims that are designed solely to reduce their liability in car accidents.

Not having a reliable insurance company can really be stressful when you have lost a loved one in a fatal accident.
