Three Injured In An Ohio Truck-Bus Accident

Although all Ohio motor vehicle accidents are devastating, the Toledo injury lawyers at the Charles Boyk Law Offices are certain of one inevitable truth: the larger the vehicles involved in the collision, the more severe the crash is likely to be.

This is especially true when one or more of the vehicles in question are on the larger size.

Such is the recent Toledo truck accident where a pickup crashed into a school bus early yesterday morning. At about 6:45 a.m., 54 year-old Jon Blaz did not see the bus come to a stop and rear-ended it.

The impact of the vehicles was so severe, that it took law enforcement officials and emergency crews nearly 45 minutes to free him from the wreckage.

Blaz, the driver of the school bus, and a bus aide were taken to the nearby hospital for minor, non-threatening injuries.

Fortunately, none of the students aboard the bus sustained personal injury in the collision.
