Sunday afternoon local deputies claim that Lloyd Walker, 73, smashed into a vehicle heading south at the intersection of Township Road 152 and Hancock County Road 183 after running a stop sign. Blanchard Valley Medical Center admitted Mr. Walker and his 82-year-old passenger Maxine Cliff from Findlay, OH.
