Drunk ATV Driver Involved In Wreck
Thomas Guice, 47, was taken to St. Vincent Medical Center by a LifeFlight helicopter in Toledo after he crashed his ATV on Saturday at the intersection of Plank and Shaw Mill roads.
The crash happened just after 10 p.
m. when Mr. Guice lost control of his ATV and became trapped underneath it. He appeared to have sustained a head injury, but was conscious enough to communicate.
Also reported is that Guice was struggling with the paramedics and yelling at them.
He was also reported as having slurred speech, glassy and bloodshot eyes and having a strong odor of alcohol.
