Car Turns In Front Of Motorcycle And Kills Driver

Frederick Love was killed last Sunday night in a tragic motorcycle accident. Our thoughts go out to his family and friends during this difficult time.

The accident occurred when Othello Marshall, 19, turned left into Mr. Love’s 2008 Shanghai Jamster motorcycle.

The front of the motorcycle collided with the right side of the car. Mr. Love was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and was ejected from his motorcycle.

Mr. Love was transported from the scene to a nearby hospital and was pronounced dead just two hours after arrival.

Wrongful death accidents are extremely difficult. The loss of a loved one can be devastating and the last thing you want to think about is how is at fault and if you should hire legal help. But in many cases legal advice is exactly what you need. A common question we are often asked at The Charles E. Boyk Law Offices, LLC is do I file a wrongful death case after a fatal car accident? The short answer is yes. We not only represent the party involved but we are a much needed source of support and strength during an extremely difficult time.

We handle Ohio personal injury cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, ATV accidents, Ohio workers’ compensation, construction accidents, child injuries, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, food poisoning, dog bite attacks, and all injury cases.
