Jessica Ferencz
Jessica is thrilled to be both Chuck’s Chief of Staff and a Paralegal. Every day she gets the chance to balance her love of helping clients with fine-tuning operations issues. After moving to Toledo 10 years ago, Jessica moved into the personal injury field, where she has built a decade-long career dedicated to helping clients navigate challenging times with compassion and precision.
Before entering the legal world, she worked in professional theater, predominantly as a stage & production manager, and earned a Wilde Award for her work as a sound designer. These experiences honed her attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her spouse, Kelsey, and spending time with their rescue pup, Sally.
