On the afternoon of August 3, 2019 two residents of Hancock County, Ohio were traveling by motorcycle when they were struck from behind by another motorist. Following the incident, the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department arrived on the scene and cited the defendant for failing to keep an assured clear distance ahead.
