USPS Motor Vehicle Accident Causes Intense Injuries

Our client was operating a United States Postal Service truck on a rural roadway when she was involved in a serious collision. There is currently a dispute as to whether her vehicle was rear-ended or she was making an improper left turn. The impact caused the postal truck to flip onto its side.

Our client was life-flighted to a nearby hospital and diagnosed with internal bleeding, lumbar spine fractures, and a fractured pelvis. She has remained hospitalized for a month due to the severity of her injuries. While she focuses on her recovery, our firm is working through the workers’ compensation process to pursue the benefits and compensation she deserves.

Rear-End Collision Causes Chain-Reaction

At approximately 9:55 a.m., our client was traveling on I-475 when the driver behind him failed to maintain an assured clear distance and struck the rear of his vehicle. The impact
pushed our client’s vehicle into the vehicle ahead of him and ultimately into a concrete wall.

Our client suffered significant injuries, including a torn rotator cuff and torn bicep, which required surgery. As he recovers, our firm is working to ensure he receives the
compensation he deserves for the injuries and damages caused by the negligent driver.

Small Get-Together Causes Permanent Hearing Loss

Our client was attending a high school reunion and chatting with friends on the patio when the host brought out a historic Civil War cannon. The homeowner fired the cannon, and the resulting blast caused our client to suffer permanent hearing loss in his left ear. Due to the extent of his injury, our client required surgery and a cochlear implant.

Our firm is pursuing a negligence claim to help ensure our client receives the compensation he deserves for this life-changing injury.
