BG Student Falls Through Stairs
Our client was visiting friends at their apartment building. He was walking down the stairs from the top floor of the apartment building when the floor collapsed from under him, and he fell on his
back. He was transported to Ann Arbor, where he was hospitalized for 16 days. He suffered a severe concussion and could no longer walk normally without a walker. Our client was studying at BGSU to become a pilot, a dream that is now incredibly unlikely.
Boyk Law is pursuing a negligence claim against the apartment complex on behalf of our client. Our goal is to ensure that he receives the compensation and justice he deserves for this tragic event.
Left Turn into a Motorcycle Kills Rider
Our client was riding his motorcycle on the Anthony Wayne Trail, when a car attempting to turn left struck our client. He was tragically killed in the accident.

Soccer Net Collapse Leads to Broken Leg
Our client was playing soccer with his siblings at a local restaurant. He went to retrieve the ball from the net when the net collapsed on him, breaking both bones in his left leg. He also suffered serious bruising on his thighs and arms. Our client was rushed to the emergency room by EMS.
