Bicyclist Hit by Motor Vehicle While Crossing Driveway
Our client was riding his bicycle on a sidewalk along Fremont Pike. As he crossed a driveway, a vehicle made a left turn into the drive and struck our client. Our client was knocked off his bike and was left unconscious. EMS transported him to the hospital, where he stayed for six days.
He was diagnosed with a closed head injury, multiple fractures in his leg, and a fractured pelvis. Following his stay in the hospital, he was transferred to a rehabilitation home. He is still undergoing treatment for his injuries and is facing a long road to recovery.
Intersection Accident
Our client was traveling northwest on Slabtown Road in Bath Township, Ohio. As he entered the intersection of Slabtown Road and State Road, a commercial truck ran the stop sign and entered into our client’s path of travel. The vehicles collided while our client was traveling at approximately 40 miles per hour. Emergency services transported our client to the hospital, where he was admitted for five days. It was discovered that he suffered a T-12 compression fracture and multiple cuts and bruises. He is treating with a neurosurgeon for his injuries.
T-bone Accident While Traveling in a Funeral Procession
Our client was traveling in a funeral procession with her flashers activated and a flag atop her car. As she traveled through an intersection, a commercial vehicle came hurtling from her left and smashed into the driver’s side of her vehicle. Due to the impact, she suffered multiple injuries, including a fractured tibia.
She underwent surgery and is now recovering. Our office is challenging a
liability dispute and helping our client get the recovery she deserves.
