T-bone Accident While Traveling in a Funeral Procession
Our client was traveling in a funeral procession with her flashers activated and a flag atop her car. As she traveled through an intersection, a commercial vehicle came hurtling from her left and smashed into the driver’s side of her vehicle. Due to the impact, she suffered multiple injuries, including a fractured tibia. She underwent surgery and is now recovering. Our office is challenging a
liability dispute and helping our client get the recovery she deserves.
