Drunk Driving Accident Leads to Permanent Pain

Our client was a passenger in a car driven by her boyfriend and was driving along State Route 51 near its intersection with Bradner Road. At the same time, another driver who was driving under the influence of alcohol approached the intersection and ran the stop sign, colliding with the vehicle in which our client was a passenger. Lake Township police found open containers of alcohol in the other driver’s vehicle. After the accident, our client began experiencing significant neck and shoulder pain, for which she sought treatment through the emergency room, orthopedics consultations, physical therapy, chiropractic sessions, trigger point injections, and epidural steroid injections. Despite these efforts, her pain continued. Charles Boyk attorney Mike Bruno fought for our client and won a $105,000 settlement that accounted for her future pain and suffering.
