CONFIDENTIAL SETTLEMENT AMOUNT – Wrongful Death from Illegal Substance Exposure
John Doe’s family visited X Corporation to celebrate his birthday. Within days of this visit, staff discovered John Doe was unresponsive in his room with signs of death and he was subsequently pronounced deceased. It has been determined that John Doe passed away while under the care of X Corporation, an in-patient facility, after being exposed to an illegal lethal substance.
