$750,000 SETTLEMENT– Golf Cart Accident Causes Two Broken Knees and Broken Foot
Our client was a retired man who was on a golfing trip with friends in North Carolina. He was putting on the green when his playing partner mistakenly ran him over with his golf cart. The partner panicked and backed over him a second time. When this occurred, our client was sucked under the golf cart which caused both of his kneecaps to be fractured.
