$100,000 SETTLEMENT – Man Suffers Severe Injuries After Motorcycle Accident
Our client was riding his motorcycle on US 20 in Bellevue. He passed through the intersection of US 20 and Flat Rock Road. After driving through the intersection, a vehicle attempted to pull out of a drive thru of a restaurant. Our client’s motorcycle drove directly into the driver’s side of the vehicle. Both parties required medical attention from the Sandusky County EMS. The driver of the vehicle was cited with a failure to yield from a private drive violation. Our client was taken by EMS to Fisher Titus Medical Center. His injuries included a pubic ram fracture, traumatic subdural hemorrhage, myofascial pain syndrome, and pain in his lower back and both hips. He required surgery and extensive care.
Attorney Michael Bruno and his team worked with our client to help him keep track of treatment, medical bills, and insurance discussions. The team sent a Make Whole Dispute to the insurance company, asking the company to make our client whole. After negotiating, the insurance company agreed to pay $100,000 to our client to compensate him.
