$100,000 POLICY LIMITS SETTLEMENT – Motorcyclist Hit by Vehicle Resulting in Serious Injuries
Motorcycle AccidentOur client was riding his motorcycle in the curb lane southbound on Holland Road in Maumee, Ohio. At the same time, another driver was attempting to leave the Meijer parking lot and head northbound on Holland Road. This driver failed to yield the right of way to our client, pulling out in front of him, and colliding with his motorcycle. Our client was thrown onto the roadway, landing on his right shoulder. He was taken to a nearby emergency department for medical treatment and there it was revealed that he had sustained a fracture to his scapula, eye contusion, and pulmonary contusion. Following the accident our client was unable to work for approximately seven weeks due to his injuries. He required a significant amount of physical therapy and follow up care to ensure his injuries were healing properly.
Following the accident, our client reached out to us for help with his legal recovery.
