$100,000 POLICY LIMIT SETTLEMENT – Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck by Jeep
Our client was walking through a marked crosswalk when a driver made a left-hand turn into our client’s walkway. The driver did not see our client and ended up colliding with his person.
