One Ejected In Ohio SUV Accident Listed In Serious Condition

One doesn’t need to be an experienced Ohio accident attorney to know that all motor vehicle collisions have the potential to be tragic and life-changing. However, the Charles Boyk legal team knows that some of the most devastating are those that involve small children, as they are the most susceptible to great injury in the event of a crash.

Such are the circumstances surrounding a recent Ohio car accident that resulted in the injury of two, including a small child.

According to reports from law enforcement officials, early Wednesday morning an SUV spun out of control on the highway and went off the road. The driver, 21-year-old James Washington, drove his car down a steep embankment and crashed into some trees after losing control of his Ford Expedition. The impact from the crash caused a small boy to be ejected from the vehicle. The youngster, along with his mother who was also a passenger, were air lifted to a nearby hospital where they are both listed in serious condition.

Although no additional details are available at this time, police are currently investigating the cause of this tragic Ohio auto accident.
