Four People Injured In A Two-Vehicle Fostoria Auto Accident

Sad but true, of the many Ohio auto accidents handled by the Charles Boyk Law Offices, many motor vehicle collisions involve more than one car–ultimately causing damage to the vehicles and those inside them. Often times, these car accidents can prove to be life-changing for those involved and result in serious personal injury or death

Most recently, an Ohio man was driving a Ford Mustang in Fostoria when he lost control of the car and ended up driving off the right side of the interstate, colliding with a metal guardrail. Despite striking the rail, the motorist was able to get back into the northbound lanes of the interstate when he was almost immediately hit by a Dodge pickup truck.

As a result of the impact, the driver of the Mustang was seriously injured and rushed to Southside Regional Medical Center. A male passenger in the Ford, as well as the driver of the pickup truck and his female passenger, also sustained injuries in the Ohio motor vehicle accident and followed the Mustang driver to the hospital as well.

Although none of the victim’s names have been released, the State Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.

Regardless of why a crash occurred, it is still always a great idea to contact a skilled Ohio car accident lawyer to find out the available options when filing an auto insurance claim. This is especially true when the impact of the collision results in serious personal injury or death. Do not hesitate to contact legal counsel today, as representation can be all the difference in getting victims the help that is needed!
