Driver Of A Pickup Truck Killed On Interstate
The Charles E. Boyk Law Offices, LLC sends their condolences to the family of, 55-year-old Philip Rizzuto who sadly lost his life from injuries sustained during a car accident. As Mr. Rizzuto was attempting to enter the interstate, he lost control of his 2003 Ford pickup truck. The Ford pickup went off the right side of the Interstate rolled over in the grass median and hit a tree.
Rizzuto, was transported to Halifax Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. According to eyewitness accounts, speed may have played a factor in the fatal accident.
The fatal accident remains under investigation by the police.
