Driver Killed And Three Injured In Tiffin Auto-Truck Accident
While many car accidents can be attributed to drinking and driving, the Ohio injury lawyers at the Charles Boyk Law Offices can attest: many auto collisions occur as the result of a third-party vehicle that ultimately involves other vehicles through a chain reaction. Unfortunately, many of these incidents result in significant personal injuries or fatalities.
A recent example can be seen in the case of Mabe Soumahoro, 29, who was driving a 2001 Mazda Tribute north on the interstate in Tiffin when he crashed into the back of a legally parked truck in the left lane.
The collision caused the Mazda to swerve across the northbound lanes and struck a Toyota Camry, driven by Saba Amsalu, before both vehicles stopped against the metal guardrail on the shoulder.
The impact from the collision threw Soumahoro from his vehicle and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
His 15 year-old female passenger, whose not was not released, was also thrown from the vehicle and taken to the hospital. Amsalu and her passenger also sustained injury in the Ohio auto accident and were taken to Crozer-Chester Medical Center. While no additional information was released, the State Police are currently investigating this fatal accident.
