1 Killed, 1 Injured In Putnam County Crash

We are saddened to hear the news that a Bluffton, Ohio, the man was killed in a truck accident. A Denver, Indiana, the man was injured also injured in this crash when a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer rig collided Thursday night in this eastern Putnam County village.Bradley Beilharz, the driver of the pickup, was trapped in the wreckage for a short time, freed, and then pronounced dead at the scene.

Mr. Beilharz was southbound on Route 5 about 6:20 p.m. when he stopped at a posted stop sign at U.S. 224 and then pulled into the intersection, striking the left side of a semi driven west on U.

Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
