Elderly Driver Smashes into Parked Car in Kroger Parking Lot
Our clients were getting back in their car when
an elderly driver tried to park in the space next to
them. The driver was having difficulty navigating
into the spot to the point that someone had to
help direct her. Unfortunately, the elderly driver
accidentally hit the gas pedal by mistake and
slammed into our clients’ car. The accident
crushed one of our client’s legs and broke every
bone in her foot. She was required to undergo
extensive surgery, and must undergo rehab for her
leg and foot.

Skier Wipes Out into Ski Equipment Salesman
Our client was demonstrating ski equipment at
a ski resort. Meanwhile, another skier was doing
tricks nearby. That skier crashed into our client,
