Even after a settlement, the struggles from the injury often continue on. Once the case is done and resolved, you or your loved one may continue to struggle for weeks, months, years, or even a lifetime. It can be a difficult pill to swallow. At least you will be albe to move forward taking comfort in the fact that the at-fault party has been held accountable and that some form of justice has been done.
