Amy Genszler
Amy has been working as a paralegal in personal injury law for 15 years. After getting her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and teaching for 10 years, she then got her associate’s degree in paralegal studies. She worked in offices in Milwaukee, WI, and St. Louis, MO, before moving to Toledo in 2016. She initially worked for the defense in personal injury law, but realized that she’d rather help the injured get the compensation they deserve.
She enjoys helping people understand the process of personal injury claims, and her teaching experience assists her in this work. She also serves as a CASA for Lucas County, so she can spend time with foster children. She is working towards a Deaconess certificate at Concordia Seminary St. Louis, to provide spiritual care at her church.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys reading, baking, and cross-stitching. She and her husband have 3 grown sons, 2 daughters-in-law, and 4 grandchildren, and enjoy traveling to see all of them whenever they can.
