Pickup Truck Goes Over Cliff-edge, Injuring Passenger
Our client was a front seat passenger in a pickup truck traveling in Broadwater County, Montana.
As they travelled along a mountain road, the driver missed a turn, sending the vehicle over the edge of the mountain.
Our client was life-flighted to the nearest hospital where he was kept for five days and was then flown from Montana to Ohio. He suffered a broken back and several cuts and bruises.
At this time, he is under the care of a neurosurgeon and has a long road to recovery
