More 2026 Bikes for Kids Winners Roll Out

Monica McCain of Toledo Public Schools Special Education – Student Services Department nominated Nadia for Boyk Law’s Bikes for Kids contest. She is a twin sister to a brother with special needs. Nadia is both an incredible helper to her mother and a peer to her twin brother who attends the same elementary school.

Nadia and her family were hurt in a serious car crash late last November, and she spent time on a ventilator, with an extended stay in the hospital, and weeks off school recuperating.

Boyk Law Offices knows that recovering from an auto accident can be extremely difficult. We are happy to recognize Nadia’s determination and resilience by giving her a new bike.

Jayden is a 15-year-old who is dedicated to helping others. Despite challenges in his own life, he decided to help those less fortunate in Northwest Ohio. He and his family created care packages for the unhoused people in our area.

Caring for our community is important to Charles Boyk Law Offices. We appreciate people like Jayden who care enough to help those in need. Maximus is a 6-year-old from West Toledo who is battling Autism and other health issues, but couldn’t overcome his desire to learn to ride a bike. In recognition of his determination, Boyk Law presented him with a red BMX bike, which, as
everyone knows, is the fastest among all bicycle paint colors.

Charles Boyk Law launched its 18th annual Bike for Kids to promote bicycle safety and give back to the community. Since its inception, the program has given away over 190 bikes to deserving children.
