Speeding Driver Strikes Pedestrian in Grocery Store Parking Lot

Our client was exiting a grocery store and walking to his car when another driver backed out of a parking spot. After pulling forward, the driver failed to see our client crossing in front of the vehicle and struck him, causing him to fall backward and suffer extensive injuries. As a result of the incident, our client suffered a fractured right hip, a tear in his left shoulder, road rash on his arms and legs, and is having difficulty walking.

Currently, our firm is investigating the matter and gathering evidence to support our client’s case while he receives proper treatment for his injuries. Our firm is pursuing this negligence claim to ensure our client receives the support and compensation he deserves for the damage caused by the negligent driver.

Motorcycle Accident Causes Irreversible Loss of Vintage Motorcycle and Extensive Injuries

Our client was riding his vintage 1995 Harley- Davidson, which he had purchased only three months earlier, as he was approaching an
intersection. Our client had the right-of-way and proceeded through the intersection; however, another vehicle failed to yield to our client and attempted to make a left turn, causing a collision. As a result of the accident, our client fractured his left arm and sustained two fractures to his right wrist, a tear in his left shoulder, and road rash. He is currently awaiting surgery for his injuries, and medical professionals are working to assess the severity of his shoulder tear as well as his arm and wrist fractures.

Pedestrian Hit by Vehicle While Attempting to Cross Roadway

At about 9:35 p.m., our client was crossing a busy street on foot while being granted right-of-way by a walk indicator. All vehicles stopped and yielded to him except for one driver who was attempting to turn into a driveway. The driver failed to yield and struck our client, leaving him unable to move. As a result of the accident, our client underwent surgery to repair a fractured knee and damaged meniscus, including the
placement of rods in his knee. He is currently participating in physical therapy as he works to regain his ability to walk. Our firm is working tirelessly on this negligence claim to ensure that our client gets the support and compensation he deserves for the damage caused by the negligent driver.
