CASES OF INTEREST: OCTOBER 2024

Four Car Accident on Way to Baseball Game
Our client was driving her son to his baseball game. She had stopped for another vehicle to turn. Another car rear-ended our client and pushed her car into the opposite lane of traffic. Our client was then t-boned by another car. Our client and her son were taken by ambulance to the hospital. Our client had a broken right elbow and various sprains and bruises. Her son had a broken hand and a hernia relating to the crash.

The at-fault driver’s insurance stated there was not enough coverage for all vehicles involved in the crash. Our client has Uninsured/Underinsured coverage. Our firm is helping our client bring a claim under this policy. We are fully committed to making sure our client gets the compensation that her and her son rightfully deserve.

Failure to Yield Leads to a Collapsed Lung
Our client was traveling down Route 20 when a car failed to yield and struck the front driver’s side of her vehicle. The impact caused her car to crash into a signpost. Our client was transported to Toledo Hospital by EMS where she was admitted to the ICU. She had a collapsed lung, a broken hip, broken ribs, and a small fracture in her neck. She had to get surgery on her broken hip. Her collapsed lung caused her to go on oxygen for a while. She was also required to go through physical therapy.

Our firm is resolutely advancing a negligence claim for our client to ensure she gets the support and compensation she needs for the damage inflicted by the other driver’s negligence. We are fully committed to defending our client’s rights and achieving the justice she deserves.

Near Death Accident at a County Fair
Our client, a 21-year-old man, was volunteering at a county fair. While helping prepare a tractor pull, our client was run over by a skid steer. The accident severed our client’s left leg and crushed his right leg. He was taken to the operating room over 6 times for twelve procedures. As a result of the accident, our client had to stay at a rehab facility and undergo physical therapy. He has a long journey ahead to learn to walk with a prosthetic leg.

In response to this tragic incident, our firm is actively pursuing a negligence claim on behalf of our client. Our goal is to get our client the necessary support and assistance to aid in his recovery process and alleviate the financial strain caused by the accident. We are committed to advocating for our client’s rights and holding the responsible party accountable for their actions.
