Road Rage Rampages into Oncoming Traffic. Our client was dropping his girlfriend off at work as two approaching vehicles were engaged in a road-rage spat. One of those vehicles pushed the other left of center, causing it to collide head-on with our client’s car. The resulting impact crushed the entire front of our client’s vehicle, pushing it into the passenger cabin and severely injuring our client. He was transported to Toledo Hospital by the Toledo Fire Department. Our client suffered a broken femur in the collision. Due to internal bleeding, he was unable to receive pain medication. Woman in Wheelchair Falls out of Vehicle. Our client was in her wheelchair as the driver placed her in the back of a stationary transport van. The driver of the vehicle forgot to put up the mechanical pad to prevent wheelchairs from falling out. As a result, our client and her wheelchair slid out the back of the van and slammed onto the ground. Our client was taken to the ICU for treatment of her injuries. She suffered numerous fractured ribs on the left side of her body and damaged her elbow.

Crossing the Centerline Flips a Car. Our client was on his way to help the Amish when a car crossed the centerline of the road and struck the front driver’s side of his vehicle. The forceful impact from the collision caused our client’s car to flip over. The collision left our client unconscious, and he had to be cut out of his car. He endured numerous surgeries to treat his injuries, including getting screws in his elbow.
