Quick U-Turn Causes Injury Accident
Our client was driving southbound on Telegraph Road in Monroe County, Michigan with her 2-year-old daughter, when a car ahead of her entered the La Fiesta Parking lot. That driver did a quick U-turn and pulled out in front of her, causing a terrible accident. She and her 2-year-old daughter were taken to the hospital by EMS. Fortunately, her child was in a front-facing car seat and suffered only minor injuries, but our client was left with a broken clavicle, ribs, a chipped tooth, a laceration, bruised tailbone, and developed a pocket of fluid in the hip from the seat belt.

Failure to Yield Scars Boy’s Face
Our client was a passenger in a vehicle that was involved in an accident. The at-fault driver was attempting to turn onto I-75 but failed to yield to on-coming traffic. The resulting accident
severely injured our client. He suffered a serious head injury in the accident, and glass fragments cut into his cheek, leading to significant scarring.

Our client was walking in the parking lot in front of a Dollar Tree when a jeep hit him from behind. This impact caused our client to fly 8 feet before hitting the ground. The driver claimed that he
could not see our client because the sun was in his eyes. Our client was taken to St. Vincent’s Medical Center by EMS. As a result of the accident, our client fractured numerous vertebrae in his lower back, and sustained injuries to his ankles and both shoulders.
