Fatal Car Accident Kills Both Drivers
Our client was driving her vehicle when another vehicle, traveling in the opposite direction, crossed the center line. The at-fault driver failed to control her vehicle and, as a result, struck our client head-on. Both vehicles caught on fire. The fire department rushed to the accident, and our client was pronounced dead at the scene. After the other driver was taken to the hospital, she was
pronounced dead as well.
In response to this tragic incident, Boyk Law is actively pursuing a negligence claim on behalf of our client. We are working with the grieving family to ensure that they are compensated for the loss of their loved one.
Semi-Truck Runs Over Bicyclist
Our client was riding his bike around six in the morning, heading to pick up food. A semi-truck failed to yield to oncoming traffic and hit our client. Because of the impact from the semi-truck, our client suffered a compound fracture in his left femur. As a result of the accident, our client was in the hospital for over a week, underwent three surgeries, and is currently in a rehabilitation center
learning how to walk again.
Our firm is working tirelessly on this negligence claim to ensure our client receives the support and compensation he deserves
for the damages caused by the negligent driver.
Permanent Injury Suffered in a 26 Foot Fall
Our client was working as a carpenter on the roof of a home. As he was working, he fell off the roof headfirst, dropping 26ft. Due to the fall, our client suffered a fractured eye socket, a broken C1, four broken ribs, a broken tailbone, a broken inner hip bone, a broken
right wrist, and a shattered left hand. The extent of the injuries required our client to remain off work and undergo five surgeries. His right hand recovered, but unfortunately, his left hand did not. We hope he can return to work in the future.
