Tractor Pulling Farm Implement Causes Collision
Around 8:00 PM, our client was traveling on County Road 60 in Washington Township, Ohio. As our client came around a curve, he saw oncoming headlights from a farm tractor. As the vehicles passed each other, our client smashed into a disc harrow implement that the tractor was hauling behind. The towed farm implement was extended into our client’s lane of travel. Our client was taken to a hospital in Defiance and was later transported to a trauma center in Toledo, where he was kept overnight for observation of internal bleeding. He suffered a fractured sternum and is undergoing therapy. Our office is challenging liability issues.
Intersection Accident in Monroe County, Michigan
As our client traveled eastbound in Whiteford Township, Michigan, another driver failed to stop at a stop sign and entered our client’s path of travel. The vehicles collided while traveling at a high rate of speed. Our client was taken by ambulance to the trauma center at the hospital, where she was found to have numerous injuries, including multiple compound fractures in her leg, a punctured lung, a broken sternum, and a broken wrist. She underwent multiple surgeries before being placed in a rehabilitation facility. She is undergoing intensive therapy and faces a long road to recovery.
Golf Cart Flipped onto Side Causing Extensive Injuries
While at a country club golfing with his friends, our client suffered extensive injuries. While he was riding in a golf cart, the cart driver drove down a hill, turning sharply.
The golf cart flipped onto its side and crushed our client’s foot and leg.
He was taken to the hospital and was found to have a broken foot and ankle.
He underwent surgery and will be required to undergo additional surgeries.
