Settled for $100,000 Policy Limits – Beverage Truck Slams into Client Vehicle
Our client was stopped in traffic on U.S. 23 in Orange Township with three passengers when a serious crash occurred. The defendant, operating a delivery truck in the scope of his employment for a beverage company, failed to maintain an assured clear distance and slammed into the back of our client’s vehicle.
Emergency medical services responded quickly, and our client was transported to a hospital for evaluation due to neck and chest pain. X-rays were performed, and it was later revealed that he had sustained a shoulder strain. To manage his severe pain, he required multiple injections and was ultimately recommended for shoulder surgery. Our client is still recovering and has difficulties with daily activities.
