Five-Car Accident Caused by Intoxicated Driver Kills Two, Family Recovers $500,000 Policy Limits
Car Accident InjuriesIn April of 2022, the daughter of our client was a passenger in a vehicle heading northbound on I-75 in Henry Township. At the same time, an intoxicated driver headed southbound on I-75 rear-ended another car, which caused that car to swerve into the median, crash through the median, and make head-on impact with the vehicle in which our client’s daughter. The severity of the impact resulted in the death of our client’s daughter, as well as the death of driver of the vehicle that made head-on impact.
