CONFIDENTIAL SETTLEMENT – 78-Year-Old Woman Requires Multiple Surgeries After Driver Strikes Her Vehicle
While traveling east on US 223, our client was struck by another vehicle who was attempting to illegally turn left onto US 223. The cars collided and both received heavy damage, with our client’s vehicle requiring the Jaws of Life to be used for her to exit. Our client’s vehicle was totaled.
