$90,000 Settlement – Man Suffers Fractured Sternum and Spinal Cord Injury in Auto Accident

As our client approached the intersection of U.S. 20 and the Interstate 475 entrance ramp, the defendant driver failed to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic while attempting to make a left turn onto the ramp, colliding with our client.
