Our client was lawfully operating her vehicle in Paulding, Ohio, when she began making a left-hand turn. At the same time, the defendant exited a McDonald’s parking lot and attempted to cross the roadway to reach a gas station. The defendant failed to yield, causing a collision with our client.
As a result, our client sustained severe injuries to her neck, back, shoulders, and head. She experienced concussive symptoms, significant memory loss, and difficulty sleeping due to ongoing pain.
