$150,000 SETTLEMENT – Man Injured in Auto Accident after Missed Stop Sign

At the intersection of Harvest Lane and Barstow Avenue, the other driver drove through the stop sign and the car our client was in ran into them. The Toledo Police Department responded to the scene of the accident. They cited the other driver for failing to stop at the stop sign. Our client was taken by ambulance to St. Annes Hospital.
