$100,000 POLICY LIMITS SETTLEMENT – Motorcyclist Thrown from Motorcycle When Vehicle Merging onto Highway Fails to Yield
This accident occurred in 2023 when our client was traveling eastbound along State Route 15 on his motorcycle at approximately 55 miles per hour. As he was doing so, another driver was attempting to merge onto the highway and failed yield the right of way to our client. This other driver, who was traveling approximately 40 miles per hour, sideswiped our client, causing him to be thrown off of his motorcycle and onto the highway.
