$100,000 Policy Limits Settlement – Motorcyclist Killed in Accident
Motorcycle AccidentIn July 2022, our client was involved in a tragic fatal accident in Toledo, Ohio. Our client had been operating his motorcycle eastbound on West Sylvania Avenue near its intersection with Corey Road. At the same time another driver was traveling in the opposite direction of our client. As both our client and the other driver approached the intersection, the traffic light turned yellow. The other driver then attempted to make a left-hand turn onto Corey Road and in front of our client and causing him to strike our client and his motorcycle. Unfortunately, our client was pronounced deceased at the scene.
