Ohio Man Indicted For Fatal Two-Car Crash In Toledo
Ohio Man Indicted For Fatal Two-Car Crash In Toledo

While one of the primary responsiblities of an Ohio injury lawyer is to help accident victims prove liability, sometimes the fault is obvious. If two vehicles crash on the highway and results in serious personal injury, the consequences are severe–not only for the victim, but for the driver of the at-fault vehicle as well. Should the injuries prove fatal, the reprocussions for the at-fault motorist could be life-changing.

Such is the case of Toledo resident Miguel Hamilton, who was chared on Thursday by a Lucas County grand jury with two alternate counts of aggravated vehicular homicide. On November 13th, 2011, Hamilton collided with avehicle driven by Joseph Bialecki, also of Toledo.

Unfortunately, the injuries Bialecki sustained in the crash were so severe, that he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Devastating Ohio car accidents such as these almost always carry permanent consequences, not only for the guilty party but for the loved ones of the injured victims or deceased as well.
