6 Children Among Injured In 5 Vehicle Crash
The authorities have reported that six children and three adults have been injured in a five-vehicle crash. Thankfully none of the injuries sustained in the accident appear to be life-threatening.
Police stated that a vehicle was heading south on Elssworth when it ran a red light and collided with another vehicle causing the accident. Those two cars were the initial vehicles that accused the crash, including a pickup truck and an SUV were involved in the accident.
Officials say that the six injured children range in ages from 2 to 10 years old.
Also reported by the authorities is that one adult was ejected from one the vehicles as a result of the collision.
The identities of the crash victims were not immediately released and their current physical conditions are also unknown at this particular time.
