Malina Wiltshire
Malina is a seasoned litigation paralegal at Charles Boyk Law Offices, LLC, bringing over 15 years of experience in the legal field. A native of Sylvania, Ohio, she graduated from Northview High School and then Stautzenberger College in 2008 with a degree in Paralegal Studies. She has built her career supporting attorneys in Mass Torts, Pre-Litigation, and Litigation matters.
Malina is deeply passionate about her work and takes pride in helping clients navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives. Known for her attention to detail and client-focused approach, she plays a key role in ensuring cases are handled efficiently and thoroughly from initial investigation through trial preparation. She has supported counsel in several high-stakes mass tort cases, contributing to successful resolutions for clients across the states.
Outside of work, Malina enjoys spending time with her husband of 17 years and their three children. She can often be found at the hockey rink or lacrosse field cheering on her two sons, or in the audience watching her daughter perform with the Toledo Ballet. She is actively involved in local school events and supports youth sports and the arts in the Sylvania and Toledo area. Weekends are filled with family time and creating lasting memories together.
