Drunk Driver Flips Vehicle Causing Extensive Injuries to Passenger
Our client was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on a county road in Sandusky Township, Ohio.
The driver had been drinking and was operating the vehicle at a speed of approximately 140 mph. The driver lost control of the vehicle, drove off the roadway, struck a fence, and drove through a ditch causing the vehicle to flip multiple times before striking a utility pole.
Our client was life-flighted to Toledo Hospital.
He suffered a broken back and underwent a spinal fusion which required placement of two metal rods.
Our office is pursuing a claim against the driver of the vehicle.
