Minor Passenger in Automobile Suffers Severe Injuries Including: Concussion, Crushed Teeth, Amnesia, Abrasions, and Bone Fractures – Receives $356,9000 Settlement
Car Accident InjuriesOur client, a then fifteen-year-old, was the front seat passenger of a vehicle traveling in Seneca County, Ohio. The driver lost control of the vehicle, went off the road to the right, causing the vehicle to overturn multiple times. At some point, our client was ejected through the windshield of the automobile and lost consciousness. The extreme injuries required that our client be life-flighted to a nearby trauma center for immediate, and significant treatment.
After being taken to the nearby trauma center, our client was determined to have fractured several ribs, a clavicle, and an ankle. Further, it was determined that our client suffered from retrograde amnesia and suffered devastating damage to their teeth. Though released shortly after the accident, our client required routine care, including mobility aids to get around.
