Boyk Law Uses New Technology To Keep Clients Informed
Boyk Law is integrating new technology to help our clients follow the status of their cases. Boyk Law is launching Milestones, a new software program that will send our clients video links explaining what is happening with their cases and answering frequently asked questions.
When you become one of our clients, you will receive a text message alerting you that “Charles Boyk Law Offices has created a Milestones Account for you to stay updated!”
After verifying your identity, you will have access to a video from Chuck Boyk or one of the firm’s other attorneys, welcoming you to the firm, explaining where you are in the process, and what comes next.
As your case progresses through different phases, you will receive a text alert notification that there is an update available with a link to follow for more information. The new software is linked to our state-of-the-art client management system and is automatically activated when your case moves from one phase to the next. For example, as your case moves from the
negotiation phase to the settlement phase, you will be notified by a text message and have access to videos specifically created by Boyk attorneys to answer your questions and update you on your case.
“Many clients have had no previous experience with the legal system and aren’t familiar with legal terms. Milestones will take our office to the next level as this program will send out updates at each phase of the case and will provide clients with easy-to-understand language, so they know what to expect at all times,” says Attorney Andrea Young.

The videos can be viewed from your phone or desktop and help you to stay informed on the progress of your case. They are intended to supplement the personal attention and service you already receive from Boyk Law. They will enhance our already strong commitment to excellent customer service.
