Study Shows: Ohio Roads More Dangerous This Year

After the state’s lowest traffic death rate in 76 years occurring in 2011, nearly 800 people have been fatally injured this year on Ohio roads. This comes as a 16% increase in the same amount of time from last year, and a higher amount of crashes than 2009 or 2010.

This comes despite an increase in drunken driving arrests and increased ticketing for failure to wear a seat belt.  With the winter months coming up, we would like to remind you to be careful on the roads and watch for hidden dangers on the road.
